I made alfredo sauce from scratch last night. It was super yummy.
Eight ounces heavy cream, one stick of real butter, eight ounces of real parmesan cheese. (I didn't eat half of it, or even most of it, but that's the quantity that I cooked.) My body is so angry at me (and has been since last night). Was it the dairy? Was it the sheer amount of fat? Some combination? A fluke thing that had nothing to do with the alfredo sauce?
Why does this not happen to me when I get alfredo at a restaurant?
Steady ate it too, and he's fine, by the way.
