The cats are the same as ever. Isis is still losing weight and begging for food. Mondale's still needy and clingy and remarkably stupid.
And I have a few simple goals for my day. I aspire to get the clothes out of the dryer (they've been in there since Monday), do some more wash, and maybe even get the apartment clean enough that I would feel okay with inviting maintenance in to change the filters on the central air. I also would like to clean out my car a little bit.
