Bad News: I am not well. I haven't felt right for a couple of days. The stress of the Amazing Race finale was too much for me (who knew I cared about this edition this much?) and I threw up. I feel like ick.
Good News: Steady went downstairs and got me a Sprite.
Bad News: He couldn't find the (quarter of a) roll of lifesavers I know are in my car.
I don't feel so hot. I contemplated calling in to work for tomorrow tonight, but then I decided I might wake my boss if I call him now, and also that I can always reevaluate later...
