So, I started getting more than four hours of sleep in a night. I did it Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. And yet, yesterday I found myself completely exhausted all day long.
I rallied long enough to go out to dinner (no alcohol) and then promptly crashed out hard on the poor boy's couch. He managed to wake me and get me to walk to the bed, where I slept soundly until past "time to go to work".
Can someone explain this to me? I was fine the last two weeks when I was only sleeping from like 3:30 - 7:30 in the morning.
