If you've been reading this for awhile, you might remember that I once worked for a month at a car dealership. It was the most miserable work experience I've ever had. I was bored all the time.
I learned to waste time pretty well. (that link is pretty funny) One of the things I did was rigging my phone so it played the hold music out of the speaker. I spent hours and hours wondering who was choosing the music and how I would go about making a request.
I just called the company that provides the music-on-hold for this place. And, there was an option that sounded like it was for making requests...
