Apparently they've been working on our sprinkler system and something happened with one of the pipes and blah blah blah now it has water in it and it didn't before and apparently it had a hole in it.
It was raining in our office. Mostly in the next cube over. The fire trucks came (cause this was a sprinkler related problem remember...) and at one point for about twenty minutes this poor man from the spinkler company had to stand on a ladder with his arm in the ceiling holding a pencil in the hole...
Anyway, we were all very hopeful that a flooded office meant we got to go home. Nope. We worked all day in the wet (wet carpet, we bookshelf, gross smell)...
And now it's raining outside and I get to go home in it.
